SARAY ALUMINIUM COMPOSITE PANEL
Saray ACP consists of a low density polyethylene or mineral core bonded between two aluminium alloy sheets. Front aluminium surface is painted with polyester paint, rear aluminium surface is painted with epoxy polyester.
SARAY /B1 has been developed with fr technology that provides fire resistance of building facades. It provides fire resistance of building facades. The mineral it contains is one of the most important factors that increase its fire resistance.

Varieties
- SARAY B1 Fire Resistant Composite Panel: It is a B1 Class Hardly Inflammable material. The outer surface is 0.50 mm PVDF/Nano PVDF painted aluminium sheet; core filling is 3mm thick, Hard Burning Mineral Filling, back surface is 0.50 mm epoxy polyester painted aluminium sheet, totally 4 mm thick. Its weight is 7 kg/m2. It has been tested and certified by TSE and International Laboratories. Thanks to the PVDF paint on it, there is a 20-year exterior warranty.
- SARAY Composite Panel: It is B2 Class Normally Flammable material. The outer surface is 0.50 mm PVDF/Nano PVDF painted aluminium sheet; core is 3mm thick Low Density Polyethylene Filler, back surface is 0.50mm epoxy polyester painted aluminium sheet, totally 4mm thick. Its weight is 5.8 kg/m2. Thanks to the PVDF paint on it, there is a 20-year exterior warranty.
- SARAY/ALUBOARD Composite Panel: It is B2 Class Normally Flammable material. Outer surface is 0.25 mm Polyester painted aluminium sheet; core is 3.5 mm / 2.5 mm thick Low Density Polyethylene Filler, back surface is 0.25 mm epoxy polyester painted aluminium sheet, in total 4 mm / 3 mm thick. Its weight is 5 kg/m2. This product is generally used extensively in the advertising and signage industry.
